Rishi Bhasin has extensive experience in operations and customer service roles. Rishi is currently working as the Head of Customer Excellence at Progcap, where they specialize in CX transformation, SAAS implementations, automations, and KPI and SLA adherence. Before joining Progcap, Rishi worked at BharatPe as the Head of Customer Service Excellence and Logistics, overseeing call center operations and driving innovative solutions for improvement. Prior to that, they were the Head of Customer Excellence and Logistics at Stage3, where they managed logistics, customer service, and retail operations. Rishi also has experience as the General Manager of Operations and Logistics at DataWind Inc, Operations Head at Times Internet, and Head of Operations and Client Servicing at mydala.com. Rishi started their career as a Team Leader at Global Vantedge and later worked as an Operations Manager at Idea Cellular Ltd. Throughout their career, Rishi has demonstrated their ability to improve customer satisfaction, implement quality control programs, and optimize operational efficiency.

Rishi Bhasin has a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, which they obtained from 1999 to 2002. Later, they pursued an Advanced Diploma in Verbal Simplified Mandarin from HanYou Chinese in 2013-2014. In 2017-2019, Rishi completed their MBA in Supply Chain Management from Jaipur National University. In 2019-2020, they further gained expertise in Predictive Business Analytics from Edupristine. Rishi also completed 12th class in Commerce from DAV Public School Kailash Hills. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Jaipur National University.
