Jamal Toueir

Jamal Toueir is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in delivering complex projects across various industries. Currently a key PMO member at PROGER s.p.a., Jamal oversees the Mega Art Program, ensuring effective communication among project managers. Previously, Jamal served as the Senior Project Manager for the MBCC project for the Saudi Monetary Bank at First Gulf Company. Jamal's career at Saudi Build Co. included roles as Head of Projects, Design & Projects Manager, and Senior Architect, managing operations and project delivery while supervising design teams. Educational qualifications include a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Science from the Holy Spirit University of Kaslik, along with ongoing studies in Forensic Quantum Analysis and business finance.
