Felizitas Janzen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Felizitas started their career in 2007 as a press office assistant at Amnesty International, German Section. From 2009 to 2011, Felizitas worked at iMOVE, an initiative by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research, where they handled press relations and website management. Following this, they joined Trendence Institut in 2011 as a PR and Marketing Manager, later becoming the Head of Public Relations until 2014. Finally, Felizitas worked as the Head of Corporate Communications at Prognos AG starting in 2014.

Felizitas Janzen began their education in 2003 at Bielefeld University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science with a focus on Political Communication and Organization, as well as Globalization and Global Governance. Felizitas completed their undergraduate studies in 2008.

In the same year, Felizitas enrolled at the University of Central Lancashire and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, participating in a dual-degree program.
