Rebekka Hannes

Rebekka Hannes is a professional with extensive experience in project management and communication within the fields of energy transition and infrastructure. Currently serving as Projektleiterin Planung & Dialog at Prognos AG since October 2022, Rebekka previously worked as a Referentin für Wissenschaftskommunikation at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) from May 2019 to May 2022, and held roles in editorial and public relations at Germanwatch. Rebekka also contributed as Wissenschaftliche Referentin at the Development and Peace Foundation from November 2012 to August 2018, and as a Young Professional in Education, Communication, and Information at the Deutsche UNESCO-Kommission from May 2011 to October 2012. Rebekka earned an M.A. in Political Science, International Law, and Modern English Literature and Language from The University of Bonn after attending the University of Warsaw from 2006 to 2007.
