Bhawna Nagpal

Bhawna Nagpal has extensive experience in business analytics and management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Analytics at Programmed since May 2022, with a prior role as Senior Business Analyst. Previously, Bhawna worked as a Business Analyst at WilldooIT from October 2020 to April 2022 and held various positions at Baron Forge Group from January 2013 to December 2019, including ERP Business Analyst and Customer Service Manager. Earlier experience includes multiple leadership roles at Convergys from May 2004 to February 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Team Lead to Senior Customer Service Representative.
