Heather Nichols

Heather Nichols currently serves as an Executive in Residence at Progress Partners, a position held since April 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Executive Officer at New Engen from August 2022 to March 2025, where Nichols also contributed as General Manager for Acorn Creator Suite. At Ogury from January 2018 to May 2020, Nichols was Partnerships Lead for CPG and Sales Director. Nichols held the role of Vice President of Business Development at Collective Bias from April 2015 to December 2017, focusing on influencer marketing strategies that drive engagement and sales. Earlier, Nichols was Publisher/Owner of Kid's Directory of NWA from December 2010 to August 2016. Nichols earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Finance from The University of Kansas.
