Adam Teat

Adam Teat is an experienced facility manager currently serving at Progress Rail, A Caterpillar Company, since September 2022. Prior to this role, Adam worked as a consultant for Jacobs, focusing on project scheduling and program coordination from January to September 2022, and held the position of station manager at NSW TrainLink from November 2020 to December 2021. Adam's extensive background in operations management spans nearly two decades at Jetstar Airways, where responsibilities included leading frontline engineering teams, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations, and coordinating heavy maintenance operations to meet safety and quality standards.
