Sharron Coon

Sharron Coon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and client services management. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Progress Rail, a Caterpillar Company, since February 2021, Sharron has previously held significant roles, including Director of Client Services and Case Management at Practical Employee Solutions, specializing in H-2B and J1 visas, as well as Canadian Work Permits. Additionally, Sharron has been a C-Level Adviser and subject matter expert in HR functions at TranzVia. Sharron’s earlier experience includes leadership positions in business development and operations management, where effective processes and employee development programs were implemented. An entrepreneur at Let Me Help, Sharron provided consulting services and authored Employee Handbooks for small businesses.
