Nicole Walker

Nicole Walker is an accomplished senior manager with extensive experience in communication, education, and development across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Allstate since July 2022, Nicole previously held a similar role at Grainger and was responsible for Learning and Development in the Customer Service Center. At Encompass Insurance, from April 2018 to July 2020, Nicole led the education and internal communication strategy, developed comprehensive training programs, and managed a team of seven direct reports. Nicole's expertise includes creating engaging presentations, implementing strategic communication plans, and overseeing large-scale initiatives to align with business objectives. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Arts in Training and Development from Roosevelt University.
