Heith Gadient started their work experience as a Sales Account Manager at Dell in 2005. Heith then worked as an Admissions Recruiter at the Art Institute of Dallas from 2006 to 2007. From 2007 to 2022, Heith worked at GameStop, holding various roles including HR Specialist, HR Analyst, Compensation Analyst, Sr. Compensation Analyst, Compensation Manager, Senior Compensation Manager, and Director of Compensation & Benefits. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Total Rewards at Progress Residential®, where they lead innovative and agile total rewards programs and acts as a strategic partner and advisor to the executive team.
Heith Gadient obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology from the University of Oklahoma in 2003. Heith then pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resources Development from the same university, completing it in 2005. In 2012, Heith Gadient also obtained a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification from WorldatWork.
