Kia Crotinger

Kia Crotinger has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Kia began their career in 2010 at Marriott International as a member of the Team Nickelodeon. Kia then worked as a Guest Service Agent from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company L.L.C. as a Group Reservations Coordinator. Kia returned to Marriott International later that year and served as an At Your Service Agent until 2013. From 2015 to 2019, Kia worked at Marriott International again, holding various roles including Group Housing and Billing Coordinator, Group Housing and Billing Supervisor, and finally as a Revenue Manager. In 2019, they joined Progress Residential® as a Revenue Manager, and later advanced to the roles of Senior Revenue Manager and Director Pricing and Revenue Management.

Kia Crotinger attended Northern Arizona University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a degree in Music- Vocal Performance with a focus on Music Performance, General.
