Kimberly Labella

Kimberly LaBella, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Kimberly is currently serving as the Vice President, Controller at Progress Residential® since February 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Accounting and Tax at the same company from September 2019 to February 2021. From May 2015 to September 2019, they worked as the Accounting Director, and from September 2013 to May 2015, they were the Accounting Manager at Progress Residential®.

Before joining Progress Residential®, Kimberly worked at PODS as an Accounting Supervisor from March 2013 to September 2013 and as a Senior Accountant from February 2012 to March 2013.

Their earlier experience includes working at Horizon Bay Retirement Living, where they held the roles of Property Accountant from July 2010 to January 2012, Fixed Asset Accountant from December 2009 to July 2010, and Accounts Receivable Manager from November 2005 to December 2009.

Kimberly started their career at titleserv as a Settlement Funding Manager from 2002 to 2005.

Kimberly LaBella, CPA holds a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. Kimberly previously obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Accounting from the same university. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Business Administration from Suffolk County Community College. Kimberly is also a Certified Public Accountant, having obtained their certification from the State of Florida in 2013.
