Paul Cease

Paul Cease has a diverse work experience in various industries. Paul currently holds the position of Portfolio Operations Director at Progress Residential® since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a District Manager at American Homes 4 Rent from July 2018 to October 2022. Before that, they served as a Senior Acquisitions Manager and Real Estate Analyst at Welfont from July 2017 to July 2018 and from July 2016 to July 2017, respectively. Additionally, they worked at McKinley, Inc. as a Multi-Site Community Manager from August 2013 to July 2016 and as a Leasing Manager from August 2012 to August 2013. Paul started their career at The Winvale Group as a Sales Manager from November 2010 to May 2012.

Paul Cease obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. In 2016, they received a certification as a Real Estate Sales Associate from the State of Florida. Furthermore, in 2021, they completed the Rackham Graduate School Alumni M-Pact DEI Certificate Program at the University of Michigan.
