Vincent Lopez has over 17 years of experience in contact center operations and customer service. Vincent most recently served as the Director of Contact Center Operations at Progress Residential, where they were responsible for overseeing customer care associates and service coordinators. Prior to that, Vincent worked as an Operations Manager at Insight Global, supporting a Covid-19 case investigation and contact tracing initiative. Vincent also held roles at Grainger and Sears Holdings Corporation, where they provided leadership, managed operations, and delivered exceptional customer service. Vincent's experience includes managing large teams, driving revenue, and developing high-performing sales teams.
