Candice Mathews

Candice Mathews is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and claims management. Currently serving as the Director of Personal Lines Underwriting and Director of Flood at Progressive Insurance since July 2019, Candice has developed significant expertise in various aspects of the insurance industry. Prior to this role, Candice held the position of Claims Manager at ASI™ from 2013 to July 2019 and served as Claims Team Manager at State Farm from July 1992 to September 2013. Candice holds a Master's degree in Insurance Management from Boston University, earned between 2015 and 2017.
