Luke Milligan

Luke Milligan has extensive experience in Business Intelligence, currently serving as Associate Manager of BI and BI Engineer Team Lead at Progressive Insurance since September 2020. In this role, Luke partners with business stakeholders to define BI needs, develops enterprise data models, and implements large-scale ETL processes. Prior to this, Luke worked as a Senior BI Engineer at OEConnection, where responsibilities included architecture of data stores and reporting environments using Microsoft BI tools. Previous roles also encompass Business Intelligence Developer at AvidXchange, where Luke contributed to migrating infrastructure to Azure Cloud, and BI Developer at Red Ventures, focusing on query writing and report optimization. Luke began a career in IT support at FireFold, providing technical assistance and hardware maintenance. Luke holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Commerce from the University of North Carolina Wilmington.
