Steven Cottier

Steven Cottier is an experienced data engineer and software engineer with over a decade of expertise in full stack development and data engineering. Currently serving as Data Engineer Lead at Progressive Insurance since January 2020, Steven previously worked at Macy's from July 2010 to January 2020, where roles included Lead Software Engineer, responsible for developing in-store progressive web applications, and Software Engineer for the Point of Sale System. Early career experience includes a position as Software Engineer Co-op at American Technology & Services, contributing to interactive cost-modeling tools for the United States Air Force. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati, obtained in 2010.
