Uma Ricco

Uma Ricco possesses extensive experience in human resources and talent management, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Consultant at Progressive Insurance since September 2015. In addition, Uma holds the role of Vice Chair for the Parent Connection Employee Resource Group and works as a Leadership Development Consultant. Prior to joining Progressive Insurance, Uma contributed to Swagelok as a University Relations Specialist from June 2012 to August 2015 and served as a Career Development Specialist at Case Western Reserve University from September 2000 to July 2012.
