Heather Santoro

Heather Santoro has extensive experience in healthcare management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Progressive Dental Management since November 2020. Prior to this role, Heather was a Regional Manager at Perfect Dental from May 2019 to November 2020 and worked as a Practice Manager. Heather's background also includes serving as the Health Center Manager at Planned Parenthood of Northern New England from April 2013 to May 2019, and as an Admissions Representative at Elliot Hospital from May 2010 to April 2013, where responsibilities included working in the emergency room and urgent care settings.
