Jim Leimkuhler

Jim Leimkuhler has extensive leadership experience in the produce industry, having served as Chief Executive Officer and President at Progressive Produce from 2016 to 2022, and as Owner and President of Progressive Produce Corporation from 1995 to 2022. Prior to their roles at Progressive Produce, Jim held the position of Assistant Vice President of Finance at Chiquita Brands International from 1986 to 1995. Jim's educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia and an M.B.A. in Business/Accounting from Drake University.
