Tetiana Bychkova

Tetiana Bychkova has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Tetiana started their career in 2006 as a Specialist of International Cooperation at the National University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, where they worked until 2012. From 2012 to 2015, they transitioned into the corporate sector, working as a Jr. Specialist of Procurement Indirect Materials&Sales at Mondelēz International, and later as a Buyer at the same company. In 2015, they joined the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) as a Project Associate, a role they held until 2018. In 2018, they became the Deputy Director of Public Relations at PROGRESSTECH-UKRAINE, and later took on the role of Head of Development at the same company in June 2021. Additionally, in 2020 they assumed the position of Deputy Executive Director at PT-Americas LLC (RO in Ukraine).

Tetiana Bychkova has a diverse education history. Tetiana obtained a Master's degree in Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, General from the National Aerospace University - 'Kharkiv Aviation Institute' from 2013 to 2018. Additionally, they received a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Law psychology from the National University of Internal Affairs of Ukraine from 2006 to 2009. Tetiana also holds a Specialist degree from the same university, which they completed from 2002 to 2006. Prior to their higher education, they attended the Boarding school of Eastern languages #1 in Kiev. Furthermore, they have acquired additional certifications, including one in Certificado de seguros y reaseguros from santalucía seguros in July 2023, another in Social media marketing y gestion de la reputacion online from Labora. Servicio Valenciano de Empleo y Formación in April 2023, and a PhD in Psychology in February 2010, although the institution providing the latter certification is not specified.
