J.j. Amdjadi

J.J. Amdjadi has a strong background in the security industry, with experience in both managerial and investigative roles. J.J. most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer at ProGuard Security Services since 2018. Prior to that, they were the Branch Manager at First Alarm from 2016 to 2018, overseeing a portfolio exceeding $15M in annual revenue and focusing on business development and client retention. From 2012 to 2016, they worked as an Operations Manager at AlliedBarton Security Services, managing a portfolio of 30 security accounts and over 120 employees. J.J. also gained experience as a Private Investigator Associate at Sam Brown Investigations in 2012 and as a Police Officer, Detective, and SWAT Operator at the City of Novato from 2004 to 2012. J.J. began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Sergeant from 1996 to 2004.

J.J. Amdjadi's education history begins with their high school diploma from Novato High School, which was obtained from 1991 to 1995. They then attended Butte College from 1997 to 1999, where they pursued general education studies. In 1999, J.J. Amdjadi transferred to California State University, Chico, and studied biology/biological sciences for one year. They later transferred to California State University - East Bay and completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in biology/biological sciences from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, J.J. Amdjadi has acquired several certifications. They obtained ASIS Member certification from ASIS International in January 2021. In September 2021, they also obtained the Arizona Security Guard Resident Manager certification from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.

J.J. Amdjadi has also received various certifications related to emergency response and public safety. In December 2013, they obtained the Certified Instructor - Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification from the Crisis Prevention Institute, the High Rise Fire Safety Director certification from the San Francisco Fire Department, and the Neighborhood Emergency Response Team (NERT) certification, also from the San Francisco Fire Department. They also received CPR/First Aid/AED certification from the Red Cross in January 2013.

Furthermore, J.J. Amdjadi holds a Homicide Investigator certification from the Institute of Criminal Investigations (ICI), obtained in October 2007. They also have a Black Belt in Tae Kwon Do from Kukkiwon, although the specific date of obtaining this certification is unknown.
