Katie Higgins

Katie (Wells) Higgins is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare industry. Currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer at Progyny, Inc., Katie has previously held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Crossover Health. At Optum, Katie served as EVP and General Manager for the Western Region in the Provider Market, as well as a Vice President. Katie's earlier roles include General Manager of Strategic Accounts, Executive Director of Crimson Account Management, and Managing Director of Workforce Solutions at the Advisory Board. Katie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Davidson College, where studies were undertaken from 1993 to 1997.
