Kevin Bauer has a diverse work experience in the digital marketing and data strategy field. Kevin founded and served as the CEO of Kessel Digital, where they focused on aligning brands' strategies with 1st party customer data and consented customer experiences. Kevin also worked as a Data & Identity Consultant at Prohaska Consulting and a Loyalty Strategy Consultant at Mastercard Data & Services. Kevin was a Training Faculty Member at the Association of National Advertisers, delivering training on data and identity strategy. Additionally, Kevin served as a Board of Advisors Member at ARKLE and an Advisor for North America at Canton Marketing Solutions.
During their time at 3radical, Kevin was the Interim SVP Strategic Services and Founder of The Radical Network, responsible for go-to-market strategy and thought leadership. Kevin was the Digital Marketing Strategy Practice Director at Perficient Digital, focusing on digital transformation and customer data strategy. Kevin also held leadership roles at Bluestem Brands, Inc., overseeing eCommerce optimization and marketing strategies, and at The Lacek Group as the Director of Digital Strategy.
Kevin Bauer received their BA in Business Administration from Oregon State University from 1989 to 1993. Currently, they are enrolled at Hennepin Technical College, studying Cabinetmaking and Millwork, starting in 2021.
