Matt Lanava, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Patient Experience at ProHealth Physicians since August 2022. Previously, Matt held the position of Senior Program Manager for Patient Experience at Mass General Brigham from February 2022 to August 2022. Experience at Reliant Medical Group spanned nearly a decade, where Matt advanced from Patient Experience Analyst to Manager of Patient Experience Operations. Early career roles included working as a Claim Representative at Commerce Insurance and an Advertising Sales Representative at Worcester Telegram & Gazette. Matt earned a Master of Business Administration from Nichols College in 2017, having also completed a Bachelor's degree at the same institution in 2007.
