Teresa Ichsan

Teresa Ichsan has a strong and diverse background in business development, coaching, and consulting. Prior to this role, Teresa founded and served as the CEO of Ichsan Coaching & Consulting, where they specialized in mindset development, emotional intelligence, and strategy to help clients achieve their goals.

Teresa also gained experience in business development and special events management at Studio Z, Inc., and started their career as a Resident Services Coordinator and Leasing Specialist at The John Stewart Company, where they established and implemented resident services programs.
