Deb E. has extensive experience in adventure education, program facilitation, and leadership development, spanning over three decades. Currently serving as a Youth and College Program Facilitator at Project Adventure, Inc. since April 2006, Deb specializes in initiative games and team-building activities. Previous roles include facilitating workshops for high school students at the US Embassy in Kyrgyzstan, coordinating adaptive canoeing and kayaking programs for individuals with disabilities at Vermont Adaptive Ski and Sports, and directing wilderness courses for special populations at Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center. Deb also held positions as an Adventure Education Coordinator at EASTCONN and Operations Manager at Thompson Island Outward Bound, highlighting a commitment to experiential education and inclusivity. Deb holds a BS in Therapeutic Recreation from Grand Valley State University and an MS in Parks and Recreation Administration from Indiana University Bloomington.
