Eleni Sfika

Eleni Sfika has a diverse work experience. Eleni started working as a Cashier Customer Service at Public (Retail World SA) in November 2014 and continued until May 2016. Eleni then joined Leroy Merlin as a Customer Service Specialist in June 2016, where they worked until April 2018. Eleni was then promoted to the position of Customer Service Specialist Leader in April 2018 and held this role until June 2023. Lastly, they joined Project Agora, a TDG company, in May 2023 as a Business Development Executive.

Eleni Sfika obtained their Bachelor's degree in Balkans Studies from the University of Macedonia, where they studied from 2010 to 2015. In October 2016, they also obtained a Proficiency C2 certification from Michigan ECPE.
