Managing Partner & Founder, Center For Behavioral Design & Social Justice at Project Evident

Anthony Barrows is the Managing Partner and Founder of the Center for Behavioral Design & Social Justice at Project Evident, established in June 2022, focusing on equitable program and policy design through a blend of social science and lived experience. Previously, from October 2013 to June 2022, Anthony served as Managing Director at ideas42, where oversight of behavioral economics projects addressing social issues was a key responsibility. Prior roles include Educator at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston, Project Manager at Judge Baker Children's Center, Permanency Supervisor at Adoption SF, and Permanency Worker at Family Builders by Adoption. Anthony's foundational expertise in behavioral design and social justice is complemented by academic credentials including a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and an MFA in Printmaking from the San Francisco Art Institute.
