Dhyia Thompson - Phillips

Dhyia Thompson-Phillips is an experienced consultant and leader in nonprofit, philanthropy, and education sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Managing Director at Project Evident since January 2022, Thompson-Phillips oversees growth and practice maturity in nonprofit consulting, focusing on management, evaluation, and data analytics. Previous roles include Executive Director of Workforce Equity at City Colleges of Chicago, where management of $3M in grants significantly benefited nearly 500 students, and Deputy Chief of Planning at GALS Inc., leading initiatives across multiple regions. Thompson-Phillips has also held positions as Director of Strategic Initiatives at City Colleges of Chicago, Lead Consultant for Virgo Project Consulting, and Consultant at Huron, enriching organizations through strategic planning and development.
