Lucas Campoi

Lucas Campoi has extensive work experience as a Product Designer, specializing in user experience and digital product development. Lucas recently worked at Holi as a Senior Product Designer starting in July 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Product Designer at VoiceLine from February 2022 to July 2022. From October 2021 to February 2022, Lucas worked at VTEX as a Senior Product Designer.

Before joining VTEX, Lucas was at Personio as a Product Designer from May 2020 to October 2021. Lucas also had a brief stint as a Freelance Product Designer at Personio in April 2020. Prior to Personio, Lucas worked at D3 as a Senior Product Designer, leading small design teams for Brazilian brands such as MRV, Brasilprev, and Mesa Company. Lucas was responsible for building and evolving their digital products from March 2019 to February 2020.

Lucas also has experience as a Product Designer at VTEX The True Cloud Commerce Platform, where they built digital experiences for the SME product, GoCommerce, and created a consulting app for store growth from June 2018 to March 2019. Before that, they worked at Plau as a Senior Visual Designer, handling brand and visual identity projects, before transitioning to Interface Designer, collaborating with startups on their initial product launches from May 2013 to June 2018.

Earlier in their career, Lucas worked as a Junior Designer at InVitro Organizational Communication from July 2012 to January 2013 and at Evolutiva Estudio from January 2012 to June 2012. Lucas started their design journey as a Design Intern at Unimed Bauru in January 2008, where they worked until December 2008.

Lucas Campoi attended Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Design with a specialization in Produto.
