Arlan Fuller

Director, Emergency Preparedness & Response at Project HOPE

Arlan Fuller has over 20 years of experience in international development, humanitarian law, and human rights. Before Project HOPE, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Conflict Dynamics International. He also served as Executive Director of the FXB Center for Health and Human Rights at Harvard University School of Public Health. Arlan has additional experience working in the areas of public affairs, legislative affairs, and corporate law. ​

Arlan also has experience in field work with oversight with the ICRC in Lebanon—focused on Syrian refugees—and with Bangladesh Rural Advancement Committee (BRAC) in Bangladesh—focused on the Rohingya. ​

Arlan has strong experience building and managing partnerships with international organizations, such as UNHCR, UNICEF, IOM, and ICRC, as well as with NGOs, like Save the Children, and Partners in Health. He has engaged with people and communities affected by conflict and crisis in a number of contexts, including Lebanon, Kosovo, Uganda, Bangladesh, and the deep south of Thailand.
