Francisco Evora

Francisco Evora is an experienced Housing Search Specialist Case Manager at Project HOPE since July 2013, responsible for conducting comprehensive client assessments, developing and reviewing Individual Service Plans, and advocating for clients to access resources. Prior to this role, Francisco served as a Housing Search and Stabilization Case Manager at Heading Home Inc / Family Life Education, Inc, where responsibilities included assisting homeless individuals with housing search and placement, maintaining partnerships with housing agencies, and performing follow-ups to ensure housing stability. Francisco's career began as a case manager at the Cape Verdean Association of Brockton, where intensive family work and advocacy were key focuses. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Communication and Media Studies from The New England Institute of Art and an Associate of Science Degree in Multimedia & Web Design from Massasoit Community College.
