Patrick Watts

Patrick Watts is a seasoned professional in exam security and assessment management with extensive experience in both educational and certification organizations. Currently serving as Manager of Certification Exam Security at the Project Management Institute since May 2023, Patrick previously held the role of Director of Exam Security at CFA Institute from November 2021 to May 2023. Earlier, Patrick served as Test Security Specialist and contributed to various initiatives during tenure at the University of Kansas's Achievement & Assessment Institute. With a foundational background in law, holding a Doctor of Law degree from William & Mary Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from the University of Notre Dame, Patrick has developed a comprehensive skill set in managing international test security programs, strategic planning, data analytics, and stakeholder coordination.
