Rylie Fisher

Rylie Fisher has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they began their career as an Executive Assistant at Gateway Bridal, where they worked until 2016. Rylie then moved on to the Walker Edison Furniture Company, where they held the same role from 2016 to 2016. In 2017, Rylie joined Pluralsight and progressed from a Talent Coordinator to a Lead Talent Coordinator and finally to a Talent Coordination and Recruiting Operations Leader. Rylie was responsible for designing and executing recruiting processes, managing a global recruiting operations team, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of assessment processes. In 2022, they joined Belong as a Senior Recruiter until early 2023. Finally, Rylie joined Project Solar in 2023 as a Senior People Operations Generalist.

From 2010 to 2013, Rylie Fisher attended Brigham Young University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Development, Family Studies, and Related Services.
