Jessica Aragon's work experience includes the following roles:
- Research Assistant at Teachers College, Columbia University since February 2023.
- Vice President/Co-Chapter Leader at Project Sunshine in 2022, where they supported the Chapter President, oversaw 10 executive board members, and maintained the chapter's publicity.
- Greenhouse Laboratory Assistant at Barnard College in 2022, where they facilitated maintenance of plants, led informative tours, and nurtured their biological processes.
- CHALK Jr. Community Advocate at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital from July to September 2022, where they connected patients facing food insecurity with healthy groceries.
- Molecular Genetics Intern at the NYC Office of Chief Medical Examiner from July to August 2022, where they assisted in laboratory sanitization, assessed NGS files, and maintained administrative files.
- Intern at Wellth from December 2019 to March 2020, where they updated patient files, recruited patients, and assisted with technological struggles.
Jessica Aragon obtained their High School Diploma in Medical/Clinical Assistant from the High School for Health Professions & Human Services, where they studied from 2017 to 2021. Starting from 2021 until 2025, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, both at Columbia University and Barnard College. In terms of additional certifications, Jessica completed Scribe 101 through ScribeAmerica in January 2022. Jessica also obtained certifications such as Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA), Health Coach Certification, and PersonAbility Certification from the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) in January and June of 2021, respectively.
