Daniel Karen has extensive work experience in customer success and client management roles. Daniel is currently the SVP Global Customer Success at project44. Prior to this, they worked at Sprinklr as Vice President, Customer Success, Americas and later as Global Strategic Accounts, Vice President, Customer Success. Daniel also served as Group Director and Associate Director of Customer Success at Sprinklr. Before that, Daniel worked at Oracle as a Social Strategic Partnerships Consultant, providing training, support, and guidance to customers using the Oracle social suite. Daniel also worked at Vitrue, Inc. as a Client Partnerships Manager, supporting client engagement and implementing social campaigns. In the earlier stages of their career, they worked at GolinHarris as a Senior Manager and Senior Account Executive, managing public relations, social engagement, and media outreach for various clients, and at Jetstream Public Relations, Inc. as an Assistant Account Executive, supporting client efforts and media engagement.

Daniel Karen attended The University of Kansas from 2001 to 2005 where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations and Advertising. Daniel'sfield of study was Strategic Communications with a focus on PR and Advertising.
