Vernon O'Donnell is currently the Chief Customer Officer at Project44. Vernon has over 20 years of experience in customer success, retention, and change management.

Prior to joining Project44, Vernon was the Chief Customer Officer at STATS LLC, responsible for the success - and retention - of STATS' customers world-wide. Vernon led Customer Onboarding, Customer Success, Customer Support and Professional Services, including P&L responsibility.

Before STATS LLC, Vernon was at Apollo Education Group as the Change management lead for business restructuring exercises, as well as sales training and enablement, organizational development and talent analytics.

Vernon's first professional role was as a Strategic Brand Manager at Grainger. Prior to that, Vernon served in the United States Army Reserve for 8 years as a Public Affairs NCO. Vernon participated in, and led, various public affairs missions and served Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003-04.

Vernon O'Donnell has a Master's of Arts in Rhetoric & Public Culture from Indiana University Bloomington. Vernon also has a Bacherlor's of Arts in Political Science, Rhetoric, and Russian/East European Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. Vernon is certified from Korn Ferry in VOICES 360 and from The Ken Blanchard Companies in Leading People Through Change and Situational Leadership II.
