Jen Scott

Jen Scott, PHR, currently serves as the Manager of Talent Programs at project44 since October 2022. Prior to this role, Jen held the position of Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Leo Burnett from March 2022 to September 2022. Jen's experience includes managerial roles in Organizational Development and Technical Training at ND Paper from March 2019 to March 2022, as well as a Specialist position in Organizational Development at SSAB from March 2015 to March 2019. Jen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration from Illinois State University.
