Vijay Chandran

Vijay Chandran's work experience includes positions at various companies. In 2008, they worked as a Support Engineer at Gemini Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. From 2012 to 2014, they served as a Product Support Consultant at Zyme Solutions. At Sprinklr, Vijay held multiple roles, including Sr. Product Support Engg from 2014 to 2016, and later, Manager, Global Product Support from 2021 to 2022. Vijay also worked as an Associate Manager and Team Lead for Product Support during their time at Sprinklr. Vijay then joined HyperVerge Inc. as an Associate Director of Product Support from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Vijay serves as an Associate Director of Product Support at project44, where they lead a high-performing team and aims to turn Support OPEX costs into a profit center.

Vijay Chandran obtained a Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Computer Science from Cochin University of Science and Technology between 1999 and 2003.
