Mark Eaton

Mark Eaton's work experience includes various roles in the technology and information systems field. Mark started their career at Atlantic Coast Airlines in 2000 as the Director of ERP/MRO Systems, where they oversaw the management of the company's enterprise resource planning and maintenance, repair, and overhaul systems. In 2004, they moved on to Independence Air, where they served as the Director of ERP/MRO Information Systems until 2006. Mark then worked at a regional airline as an MRO Solution Architect from 2006 to 2008. Since 2008, Mark has been with Projetech, initially joining as a Solutions Architect and later taking on the role of VP Technology. In their current position, Mark manages the Information Technology and Customer Service team, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Maximo cloud and providing support to Maximo as a Service customers.

Mark Eaton attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1983 to 1987, obtaining a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Accounting and a minor in Finance. In addition, Mark has obtained several certifications from IBM, including the "IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 Functional Analyst" certification in June 2016, and the "IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional - IBM Service Management and Asset Management V7.5" and "IBM Certified Infrastructure Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management V7.5" certifications.
