Gloria Crockett

Gloria Crockett has worked in the Quality Assurance and Quality Control fields since 1985. Gloria began their career at Miles Inc. as a Supervisor and QA Test Laboratory and then moved to Bayer Corporation in 1995 as a Manager of the Plasma Center and Technical Services. In 2000, they transitioned to the role of QA Documentation Manager and QA Regulatory Commitment Manager at Bayer Corporation. In 2003, they were promoted to Deputy Director Site Compliance at Bayer, then Deputy Director QA Site Compliance at Bayer Health Care, and then Director Quality-Center Development at Talecris Plasma Resources. In 2007, they began working as an Independent Consultant for GCrockett-GMP Compliance Consultant, as well as Associate Director and Sr. Quality Manager at BIOMAT USA, INC. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Head of Quality at Grifols, and then from 2013 to present they have been the Sr. Director Quality and Director of Quality at Prolacta Bioscience.

Gloria Crockett received their Diploma from Highland Park Community HS in 1979, followed by a B.S in Biology from Virginia Union University in 1984. In 1996, they earned an M.A in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. In 2017, they obtained an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ - World Headquarters. Most recently, in 2021, they earned a Change Management: Roadmap to Planning certification from LinkedIn.
