Tamás Buti

Tamás Buti has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Tamás is currently the Director of Development Business Unit at PROLAN Irányítástechnikai Zrt. starting from July 2023. Previously, they worked as a Delivery Manager at Commsignia from September 2021 to June 2023.

Before that, Tamás held various roles at Bosch Magyarország since January 2016. Tamás served as a Lead Technical Project Manager from January 2020 to August 2021, overseeing the planning, tracking, and execution of development projects. Tamás also acted as an Engineering Manager from January 2018 to December 2019, leading a team and introducing agile practices in engineering and project management. From November 2016 to December 2017, they were a Project Manager and Team Leader, managing software projects and overseeing the transition to a different region.

Prior to their time at Bosch, Tamás worked at NNG LLC from December 2012 to October 2016. Tamás held the position of Group Leader and Program Manager, leading a group of 28 people and managing global software projects for automotive applications. Tamás also worked as a Senior Project Manager from December 2012 to July 2014.

Tamás started their career at Ericsson in October 2006. Tamás served as a Software Engineer until December 2009, then became a Team Leader from December 2009 to August 2011, and finally worked as a Project Manager from August 2011 to November 2012.

In May 2020, they obtained a Business Coach certification from Pro Bona Kft. Their most recent certification is the Generative AI Overview for Project Managers, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in October 2023.
