John Bosanec Jr.

John Bosanec Jr. has a strong background in quality assurance and engineering. John began their career at Cummins Inc. in 2004, where they served as a Project Engineer and later as a Senior Quality Engineer. In 2007, they joined Generac Power Systems as a Quality Engineer and eventually became the Quality Assurance Manager. In 2012, John moved to Prolec GE Waukesha, where they initially held the role of Quality Assurance Manager before being promoted to Director of Quality Assurance and subsequently Director of Product Quality in June 2022.

John Bosanec Jr. earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. John also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
