Renee Lombard, SPHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a focus on operations, benefits, and compensation. Currently serving as the Human Resources Operations Manager at Proliance Surgeons since February 2022, Renee has previously held key HR leadership roles at T&A Supply Company, NAES Corporation, Boeing, and other organizations, where responsibilities included partnering with executives on staffing and engagement strategies, managing employee benefit programs, and developing compensation plans. Renee's extensive background in HR spans over two decades, beginning at Overlake Hospital as a Benefits Specialist, and includes a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Human Resources from Western Washington University.
