Craig Sander has extensive experience in learning, development, sales, and recruitment across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Learning & Development at Prolink since May 2015, Craig has previously held positions such as Training & Development Manager and Internal Recruiter, where responsibilities included sourcing and screening internal candidates for sales and support roles nationwide. Prior experience includes roles as an Account Manager/Sales Engineer at Monti, Inc., managing key accounts in the electrical industry, and as an Account Manager and Engineering Recruiter at Aerotek, focusing on new business development and engineering recruitment. Craig's career began at Sodexo, where major operations were coordinated at an account generating $4.5 million in annual sales. Craig holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
