Grzegorz Dabrowski, MBA, currently serves as the Head of Payroll and Benefits Europe at Prologis since April 2024. Previous experience includes roles as Global Payroll Process and Compliance Manager at OANDA and Global Head of Payroll and Expenses at Dyson. Grzegorz held various positions at AbbVie, including Payroll and Time Manager, and has a substantial background in payroll operations, compliance, and process optimization across multiple regions. With extensive experience at Xerox and Shell Oil Company in change management, client relations, and expatriate transfers, Grzegorz is proficient in managing payroll processes and vendor relationships in international settings. Grzegorz holds an MBA in International Management and has completed a Master’s degree in International Relations.
