Yvonne Russo

Yvonne Russo is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Legal Management Transition Consultant at Prologium Technology since August 2023. Prior to this role, Yvonne Russo held the position of Vice President of Legal for EMEA and ASIAPAC at Exide Group from April 2004 to April 2021. Yvonne Russo also served as Senior Legal Counsel at VALEO SYSTEMES D'ESSUYAGE from 2000 to 2002. Educational qualifications include a DEA (Masters) in European Law and Public International Law from the University of Montpellier and a BA LLB (J.D. equivalent) in Law, Political Science, and French from the University of Cape Town.
