Brandon D.

Brandon D. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Brandon began their career as a Recovery Specialist at Afni, Inc. in 1998. Brandon then worked at Illinois State University as a Student Teacher - Special Education from 1999 to 2000.

In 2001, Brandon joined Metris Companies as a Development Training and Recovery Lead and later became a Recovery Assistant Vice President and Sr. Adherence Audit Analyst. Brandon then moved to Encore Capital Group as a General Manager from 2003 to 2005.

From 2005 to 2021, Brandon worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co. in various roles including Chase Home Equity and Loss Mitigation Modification Manager, Vice President of Business Banking, Recovery Collections Manager, and Recovery MHA Coordinator & Manager.

In 2013, they transitioned to Mr. Cooper as an AVP of Operations and Customer Success, where they remained until 2021.

Following that, Brandon joined SmartRent in 2021 as the Director of Customer Support Success and later became the VP of Customer Support Operations. Their most recent role was as the Director of Patient Support at ProMedTek, Inc., starting in 2023.

Brandon D. earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Special Education from Illinois State University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000.
