Tania Aguirre

Tania Aguirre is the current COO at prometeo talent. Prior to their current role, they worked as a trainer and program manager for Microsoft and the Government of Mexico. In this role, they were responsible for helping to improve the employment opportunities for the youth population by training in digital skills and new technologies.

Aguirre has always been passionate about helping others and making a difference in their community. Tania pursued this passion by studying sociology and human resources in college. After graduation, they began their career working in various HR roles before eventually finding their way to training and development.

Aguirre is an expert in their field and has a proven track record of success. Tania has a passion for helping others and strives to make a difference in the lives of those they work with.

Tania Aguirre has a degree in teaching English for academic purposes from the University of Guelph. Tania also has a university expert certification in the telecommunications and ICT sector from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos. In addition, they have a diploma in methodological tools for competency-based training from Tecnológico de Monterrey and a bachelor's degree in innovation and business development from UT Chetumal. Tania also has an ESL certification from UCR Extension and an agribusiness management certification from Universidad de Cádiz. Finally, they have three certifications from LinkedIn in time management, agile software development, and employer branding to attract talent.
